Q-What are your hours?
          A-Sunday Closed, Monday 11am-5pm, Tuesday 11am-8pm, Wednesday 11am-8pm,
 Thursday 11am-5pm, Friday 11am-4:30pm  and Saturday 10am-3pm.

Q-Where are you located?
         A-We are located on Rt 443 in Schuylkill Haven PA, please visit our hours and directions link for driving directions to our store.

Q- Where do I park?
         A- We have ample parking right outside our door!​​

​​​Q-What do you carry at your store?

          A-We are a full service bridal shop specializing in wedding gowns, bridal accessories, bridesmaids, mothers of the bride/groom, flower girls, tuxedos, social occasion, prom gowns, shoes, and offer a unique collection of special occasion and everyday jewelry and handbags.

Q-Will you measure me so I can purchase my gown elsewhere/online?
         A- No.....we only do measurements when necessary deposits are applied to order a gown from our store. 

Q- If I find a gown online can I order it from your store?
         A- If the gown you want is from a company we carry we can most likely get it for you.  However, if we do not carry the company we would not be able to order the gown for you but will do our best to find you something similar. 

Q-Do you do alterations, steam, or store gowns not purchased at your store?
          A-  No....those services are only offered to our valued customers.

Q-Do I need an appointment to look at gowns?
           A-We do require that you have an appointment when looking at wedding gowns, bridesmaids, flower girls, or tuxedos.  You can come in anytime to look at our mothers, prom, and special occasion gowns. 

Q- What types of payment do you accept?
           A- We accept cash, checks, debit, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.  However we will not accept checks for final payment.​​​


Wedding Gowns

Q-What is the price range of your collection?
         A-We have sale gowns starting at $99 and regular priced wedding gowns up to $2000 with everything in-between!

​​​Q-Can I bring my family and friends with me to my appointment?
          A-Please do, but consider limiting the number. Remember, too many cooks spoil the soup and too many opinions, no matter how well-intended, lead to confusion.

Q-Do you offer alterations?
          A- Yes, our custom fittings staff is made up of highly trained professional seamstresses with years of experience in the bridal industry.  Alterations are done by appointment only!

Q-Do I need to make an appointment or can I just walk in?
           A-Yes, we require that you make an appointment if you are coming in to look at wedding gowns. Due to the delicate materials of our dresses we do not allow self service. With an appointment you will work one on one with an experienced consultant,  together you will discuss your vision, style, budget, etc. When it comes time to try on she will be happy to help you find gowns that fit the overall feel you are looking for.  Please use our convenient  form to schedule your appointment today! 

Q-Can I bring a camera and take pictures?
           A-Due to the exclusivity and copyright of some of the current designers we carry, we are no longer permitted to allow photography. However, at the time of purchase, please feel free to take as many photos as you wish!

Q-Should I get a sitter?
           A-We love children! However, we strongly suggest you leave the young ones with a sitter. Choosing your wedding gown is one of the most important decisions you will make for your special day. When trying on gowns  you will need to be able to focus without distractions. A bridal salon is not a fun place for children and they will very quickly get bored sitting in one spot. This will end up distracting you from your ultimate goal of finding your wedding gown. A bridal salon is also NOT a safe place for children due to loose pins, beads, breakable items, and other hazards. Crying children also distract other future brides on this important day. Children under 12 are not permitted in our bridal gown areas!

Q-Help! I'm a Last Minute Bride. Can I still purchase a Wedding Gown?
            A-Yes! If you do not have that much time there are a few different ways that we can accommodate you.  All of our wedding gowns can be purchased out of stock.  Most of our companies offer rush or quick delivery options.  Our expert seamstresses can provide last minute alterations for you.

Q- I am plus sized, do you have any gowns I can try on in my size?
              A-Yes, we have an abundant selection of gowns ranging in size 16 thru 30 from all of our top designers. 

Q-Do I need to pick up my gown when it arrives?
              A-No, we do not require you to pick up your gown when it arrives, we will store your gown safely on-premises. 

Q- Can I bring my bridal gown to you after the wedding for cleaning and preservation?
               A-Absolutely!  We offer wedding gown cleaning and preservation services.  Simply bring your wedding gown back to us with any accessories you would like to have included (veil, tiara, garter, etc.).
